ISS Expedition 24 refers to the 24th long-duration crew to reside aboard the International Space Station (ISS), a joint project among space agencies including NASA, Roscosmos, JAXA, ESA, and CSA. The expedition was launched on December 7, 2010, with three astronauts: Russian cosmonaut Dmitri Kondratyev, U.S. astronaut Scott Kelly, and Mikhail Kornienko from Roscosmos. The crew spent approximately eight months on the ISS, conducting numerous scientific experiments, maintenance tasks, and spacewalks. The mission concluded successfully on May 26, 2011, with the safe return of all three astronauts to Earth.
